Graduation Night 2014, 6 Dec 2014

On Saturday, December 6th, 2014 FM GROUP Indonesia held a graduation night for the Business Partners who successfully completed the training in FM Business School. 
FM Business School was started in August 2014 with the aim to equip distributors with the knowledge and skills necessary to successfully develop business with FM Group. One semester of FM Business School lasts 3 months. During this time, the distributors have to complete sessions about Personal development, Selling skill, Recruiting skill, Marketing plan, MLM Simulator, Coaching, Team Building, Communication, Finance Management and How to reach The Orchid Club. After 3 months of training, the distributors are expected to develop self-confidence and high motivation to become a member of The Orchid Club.

The first run of FM Business School ended in the middle of November with 46 students successfully completing the whole Programme. To graduate the Business Partner must have attended training and achieve a given target every week (for example, minimum sales or recruitment), as well as achieve at least level 6% of the Magnolia Club.

The official Graduation Night and a reception was held on December 6th. Participants were recognized for their achievements and received diplomas. There were many reasons to celebrate. Because of the training, in just three months many members significantly increased their levels. For many other, FM Business School provided an opportunity for self-development and acquiring skills that can be also used in a daily life.

FM Business School will resume in January 2015. Having seen the success of the first batch of participants, we expect to have many new students. However, to be able to sign in, one has to reach at least level 6 %. The training is expected to create many future leaders of FM GROUP Indonesia.
