Winners Celebration & Graduation Night 28 March 2015
On March 28, 2015, at the Balai Kartini, Jakarta, FM GROUP Indonesia held its FM Winners Celebration gala. The event culminated with the handing out the Awards for FM GROUP Indonesia Business Partners for their business achievements in building the might of FM Group Company.
FM Winners Celebration went very well – all the participants were very enthusiastic to join in from the same beginning till the end. The event was followed by the leaders of FM GROUP Indonesia, as well as FM GROUP World VIPs such as Mr. Artur Trawinski – FM GROUP World CEO, Mr. Miroslaw Adamczyk – Managing Director of FM GROUP World, Ms. Malgorzata Zawada – Finance Director FM GROUP World, and Ms. Hanna Trebicka – Business & Operations Manager FM GROUP World. The event could not be complete without Mr Hendrik Pelafu – Managing Director of FM GROUP Indonesia, too.
The event started at sharp 13:00 p.m. with welcoming the leaders and VIP guests on the stage. Then the show was followed by several motivational speeches by most successful and experienced persons in running FM GROUP Indonesia business. Mr. Hendrik was the first to share the tips and advice on Secret Key to Success, then Mr. Arie Irham presented his How to Maintain and Increase Points and Find New Consumers talk. Mrs. Elisa Murani gave speech on Why and How the Recruiter should Recruit, and Mr. Agus Kurniawan explained How to Achieve Orchid Level.
During FM Winners Celebration the Top 10 Awards were handed to the top 10 Business Partners that have reached the highest point level among the new members in January and February 2015. Later on, another awards were handed to Top 10 Recruiters of the month January and February, 2015, not to mention the awards for Business Partners who’ve reached the higher marketing level.
In 2015, FM GROUP Indonesia has also launched a series of new perfumes and a product catalogue that was gave out to all the celebration participants. The event was also accompanied by special door prize giveaways for the luckiest ones.
The gala was closed with FM Business School Phase II Graduation of the FM trainees and a dandy dinner. The graduation ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Augustinus Eryanto Halim - a top FM GROUP Indonesia Leader – and Mr. Miroslaw Adamczyk, who acted as an official FM GROUP World representative.
Those who wish to attend the FM Business School must reach at least level 6%. The second phase of Business School was conducted from January to March, 2015, with the total number of 37 graduates. During the classes, participants were equipped with the expertise and skills needed for growing their own business. Beginning with personal development sessions, recruiting skills, marketing plans, MLM simulator, coaching, team building, up to communications, financial management, and general motivational sessions, the course aims to help all participants in reaching the level of Orchid Club.
During the FM Business School course attendees gain crucial knowledge and confidence, and appear to be more motivated. Moreover, the outcome of their studies can be already seen, since lately the attendees’ levels have been increased significantly
